Refund policy

Please read the Thirty Four Dukes Returns Policy to check that your item(s) is eligible for return:

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We offer a full refund for every online purchase unless it's marked "FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS". Items marked as FINAL SALE are only eligible for a refund if deemed faulty. FINAL SALE items can be exchanged for a different size of the same item pending the availability of the desired size. Return shipping will not be covered by Thirty Four Dukes

The return should include your:

1. Original invoice with your name
2. Contact number
3. Email

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order for a refund or exchange. Also, there is no refund on shipping charges unless the item was faulty.

  1. Pack the item(s) in secure packaging.
  2. Enclose the invoice received with your order and this fully completed Return form stating your choice between size exchange or refund.
  3. We recommend that an insured traceable method is used to ensure delivery. Thirty-Four Dukes will not be held accountable for any damaged, missing or late incoming deliveries.

  1. All orders dispatched from Thirty Four Dukes are checked and approved by Quality control.
  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
